In no particular order – just some of the work over the years plus some photos from the end of an era and a couple of my favourite headshots. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There has always been a three way tie for my favourite role: Anita in ‘Vincent River’, Edith in ‘The Day After The Fair’ and All Three Witches in ‘Macbeth’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Theatre Britain produced ‘Vincent River’ for the 2009 Out Of The Loop Festival at the WaterTower Theatre<\/a>. It subsequently had a run at the Trinity River Arts Centre, in collaboration with Uptown Players<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We rehearsed the show in an aircraft hangar. As you do! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Darryl P Clement’s set design was incredible. Taking his inspiration from the romantic meeting on the roundabout at the fair and the metaphorical cage in which the married Edith finds herself. All with a slight rake to give an unsettling feeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a privilege to work for Classworks Theatre Company<\/a>. An eight-month contract, touring with four shows in repertory – ‘Macbeth’, ‘Hard Times’, ‘The Odyssey’ and ‘Hiawatha’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And a very different ‘Macbeth’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“My favorite version of the Scottish tragedy around here was Theatre Britain\u2019s sexy S&M take on it, with the muscular cast dressed in muslin mini-kilts and bronzed with more spray-tan than the Miss USA pageant. They performed it at a gallop, thrashing thanes at hyper-speed. I think we were out of the theater in less than two hours.” Elaine Liner, Dallas Observer<\/p>\n\n\n\n
